Can I try Risely before buying?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full product access. No credit card required. Most users have their first coaching conversation within 5 minutes of signing up.
What happens after the free trial?
If you subscribe, your coaching history, skill assessments, and learning journey progress carry over. If you don't, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
How does Team plan billing work?
The Team plan starts at $399/month for 5 users. Each additional user is $49/month. You can add or remove users at any time. No minimum contract length on monthly plans.
We have 2-3 users. Do we need the Team plan?
Not necessarily. Individual plans work well for small groups. The Team plan adds admin dashboards, assigned coaching plans, and team-level reporting. If you don't need admin features, Individual plans are the right fit. You can upgrade anytime.
What data does HR see on Team and Enterprise plans?
Skill assessment scores (before and after), engagement levels, learning journey progress, and session summaries. Coaching conversation content stays private.
Can I start with Individual and upgrade to Team later?
Yes. Individual users can transition to a Team plan at any time. Assessment data and coaching history carry over.
We already have an LMS. Why do we need Risely?
An LMS delivers content. Risely delivers coaching. They solve different problems. Your LMS handles compliance training, onboarding courses, and knowledge delivery. Risely handles behavior change: helping people actually improve how they communicate, delegate, give feedback, and lead. Most organizations use both.
How does enterprise pricing work?
